First Brewery Commissioned:

Listing on the GSE

Guinness Ghana became a publicly listed company, symbolizing transparency and commitment to shareholder value.

2004

Merger and Modernization

Guinness Ghana merged with Ghana Breweries Limited to form Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC, unifying two industry leaders under one strong brand.

2010s

Expansion and Innovation:

Launch of Orijin, Alvaro, and Smirnoff Ice widened the portfolio to include RTDs, non-alcoholic beverages, and flavored drinks

2025

A New Chapter
